STCMS is a Interdiocesan Seminary owned and managed by the Bishops of four dioceses; namely, Ibadan, Lagos, Ijebu-Ode and Abeokuta.

The Proprietors are Most Rev. Dr. Gabriel Abegunrin (Archbishop of Ibadan), Most Rev. Dr. Alfred A. Martins (Archbishop of Lagos), Most Rev. Dr. Albert A. Fasina (Bishop of Ijebu-Ode) and Most Rev. Dr. Peter Odetoyinbo (Bishop of Abeokuta Diocese).

The School is under the leadership and Administration of Rev. Fr. Peter Onabamiro (Diocese of Ijebu-Ode, Rector) and he is ably assisted by Rev. Fr. Julius Akinyode (Archdiocese of Ibadan, Spiritual Director).

Each Section of the School is headed by the Head of Department under the Supervision of the Head Teacher, Mr. David Agajima.

The Seminary is presently under the Administration of Rev. Fr. Peter Onabamiro (Rector), assisted by Rev.Fr. Clement Olaniyan (Vice-Rector/Bursar) and Rev. Fr. Eugene Egbe as the Spiritual Director.

With the Staff strength of 22 teaching and 33 non- teaching staff, the School stood out so gallantly in areas of academics, moral, spiritual and human formations.
